What Does Blood Sugar Level Of 197 In Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello, i am 25 weeks pregnant and just recently got my 2 hour glucose test reading back from the doctor. My fasting score was 84,, my one hour score was 197 and my two hour score was at a 144 Research tells me that i do not have gestational diabetes so why does my doctor want to see me for 1 reading being a little high?

I read your query carefully.
2 hours reading should be less than 140mg/dl.
Your reading is slightly raised , thats why your doctor wants you to visit.
I would suggest you to avoid sugar and all the sugar containing products due to your border line or slightly raised sugar levels until your doctor assures you that there is no gestational diabetes.
