What Does Blood Test Result And BP Level For Back Pain And Fatigue Indicate?

i have been hurting really bad on both sided of my back where kidneys are , fatigue and swelling b/p is 155/102 my labs came back yesterday with a EGFR of 27 and a Creatine Serum of 2.15-I read my results on-line I am a 44 y/o white woman- should I go to ER or wait to see my Dr tomorrow- I don t feel quite right- feeling really bad....
