Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Does Bloody Vaginal Discharge Followed By White Discharge Post Hysterectomy Mean?
I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. Over the past two years I have had a slight number of instances with a hint spotting of blood. There was traces of blood in a urine sample at one of my physicals. I have had gyno exams and urologists exams. All coming out clean and ok, supposedly. Now, I woke up with my underwear completely covered with blood. (More than just spotting) Then nothing. But, tonight I have a milky discharge and looks like a hint of color in the discharge. Do you have an idea of possiblilites of what this may be? I am going crazy and can t wait till I see the doctor!
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the hysterectomy being done and it is history of bleeding per vagina then this is matter of concern, and may need some investigations with clinical examination, chances of some lesion could be there, hope this information helps, take care (Such lesion could be malignant )
