What Does Blue Color At The Baby S Penis Tip Indicate?

My 9 month old grandson is in the hospital with a staph infection on his ball. It finally started seeping today and the dr squeezed as much puss out as he could this afternoon. Tonight the tip of his penis has turned blue. Why and how concerned should we be?

If this is the abscess so such spreading of inflammatory process is very likely and because of this the glans of penis being affected, this is nothing to worry because as soon as the infection autolised and inflammation subsides everything would be fine soon, take care. (Right treatment is a matter of concern)
