So get done serum TSH, Free T3 and free T4.

anxiety can cause such symptoms.
So
consult psychiatrist for her and get done
counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in her life and start working on it's solution.
She may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, she will be alright with counselling sessions and anxiolytic drugs.
Ask her to avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
