1.Bone marrow edema or contusions means - there is collection noted in the bone marrow.
2.In lateral femoral and tibial condyles.
3.This can be due to infective aetiology post trauma / localised infection.
4.I guess its MRI report - with signal intensity changes, as MRI is the best investigation of choice for bone marrow.
