What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Good day, My complain is This,meant to see my period 8days ago,the day I was meant to see my period,when I cleaned up ,i saw brownish stain which is normal ,the 2nd day was a slight stain in the tissue but didnt flow and it stopped ,I took a pregnancy home rest and am negative ,the lining was so so thick on the strip ,been having backache and feeling movements in my pussy area like my period is coming but nothing .I recently took flagyl flashy and flucamed for infection and I don t know if i am being paranoid for nothing or should I take gynacocid to push out the period
