What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hello, I am on birth control and spironalactone. In place of my period 2 months ago I had brownish and a little bloody discharge. then the following month i had my period. now this month i have clear and slightly sticky discharge coming from my boob. I have taken many pregnancy tests and they all come back negative.
