Have seen primary care dr who took scraping specimen and lab work came back negative. No itching, burning during urination nor tenderness in vaginal area.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It seems like she is suffering from vaginal infection. A secretions smear and culture needs to be done. Also her doctor will examine her physically to see the conditions of vulva and vagina. Rectovilvar fistula may give brown discharge.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
