i have both ovaries mildly bullky with peripherally arranged small follicles and centrally echogenic stroma and no evidence of anteverted utreus... I am looking forward for baby... is my critical or it can be resolved with medical treatment and which is the best treatment??
According to your description a little clarification is needed regarding the uterus. You mentioned 'no evidence of anteverted uterus', do want to mention about absence of the uterus or anything else?
Anyhow, if the uterus is present, though if it is not anteverted, the chances of pregnancy may not alter very much.
So, treatment should be given to counteract these effects. Combined hormonal pills which will help in regularization of reproductive hormonal levels.
Insulin sensitizers will help in increasing the insulin sensitivity of the tissues. And you can consider general measures that can help in treating the PCOD along with medicines are:
-Taking healthy, balanced diet in regular schedule
-Regular calories burning exercises
-Maintaining normal Body mass index.
So, please discuss these things with your doctor and follow her advice.
