What does the below mentioned pharase mean; Bilateral mildly bulky & elongated polycystic ovaries with increased antral follicle count, reduced resistance & increased stromal vascularity. Mildly bulky cervix with cervicitis. Coarse & heterogeneous myometrium

I really appreciate your concern, the given scan findings are suggestive of inflammatory disease of uterus it could be infection too and it needs to be differentiated, with the right treatment it will be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
