What Does Bulky Uterus On An Ultrasound Report Suggest?

I recently had a Transvaginal scan due to a late period. It has been 59 days since my last period. I ve had 4 pregnancies with all being healthy children. No complications, and I ve never had any health conditions. After my scan, I was told that my ovaries are normal and look fine but I had a bulky uterus. What does having a bulky uterus mean, and could it be due to a miscarriage?

bulky uterus is a broad term encompassing all uterine abnormalities that lead to enlargement of uterus.
predominant causes are normal vairant, infections, inflammation, tumors and pregnancy.
if the sonographer has not mentioned any othere associated finding like increased vasculatiy or a definited lesion, then then only causes that remain are infection and normal variant.
