What Does Burning Sensation During Urination Indicate?

Ive been off my period for about 7 days, i finished an anti biotic 2 days ago for a mouth infection. I had sex last night, it hurt, and my vagina was burning when I had to pee, I thought maybe he rubbed me raw or something. Today ive been burning and itching all day and my lower abdomen hurts, I had to pee and wiped blood. Could it be possible that I have a yeast infection from the anti biotic? Or may have ruptured something? Ovarian cysts run in my family and ive always been afraid ill get one. I dont have insurance and cant waste the money on something not serious.

Hello,

The pain abdomen and pain during urination can be due to either
a) Urinary Infection
b) Yeast infection
c) Skin erosion over the perineal area getting infected

You have to get a Urine routine and microscopy examination done and rule out the first two. If infection (urinary bacterial) you have to start on appropriate antibiotics according to the culture report of urine. If yeast infection, you have to start antifungal medication. If pain and particularly the blood stain due to skin excoriation, you have to keep the area clean and dry and can apply some betadine ointment over the excoriated skin.
