So both these conditions should be treated with medication like antibiotic and Artesunate drug. As stool shows bacteria and mucus, stool culture should be done to identify specific organism and sensitive drug for that. Accordingly antibiotic course should be prescribed. Rabeprazole for a week also should be prescribed as gastritis could be present and could occur as secondary to other medications as well.
