Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It might be epididimo-orchitis, it occurs due to the infection of testicles, and it will be swollen reddish and painful to touch. Or it can be due to allergic reactions if you have used any cream to that part. Evaluate your history and if its due to infection any antibiotic can treat you to subside the infection. If you had the symptoms due to the allergy to any cream, then you should stop the usage of that and take any antihistamines for a few days to subside it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Archana
