General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The burning throat in night suggests acid regurgitation in lying down position. Your problems like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food intolerance, and malabsorption can contribute to the problem, (leading to bloating of abdomen) fibromyalgia is not connected to it.

The management consists of:
- Avoiding spicy, oily food/ avoiding food to which you are intolerant/ avoid liquid before going to bed
- Try sleeping in head end of bed raised position
- Can take proton pump inhibitor like Ranitidine drug twice a day after food

Consult a Gastroenterologist for more specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
