What Does Burning Sensation In The Vagina Indicate?

I have burning senstation down south and I started my period. So I took some cranberry pills, maybe it would help the burning sensataion. My period started yesterday and the burning sensation started today. I do have IUD in me since March. Now, that I pee it isn t red from the period it is orange like a pumpkin. Should I be alarm? I am drinking so much water, too.

there might be infection and iud need to be replaced gofor a change.consultgynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.exclude uti and if there is indication then go for culture and sensitivity. drink more water and take alcasol two times daily.
