What Does Burning Sensation On The Back Indicate?

I broke ribs 6 and 7 back in August 2017 I also collapsed my lung. It s Febuary now and I struggle with these issues.. Back burning sensation, and a random sharp pain. The front ribcage I felt I was doing good but the past few days I have a steady ach well a bit more than an ache but berrable. Where my lung collapsed right over my heart is real sensitive like a burning sensation.. I am not 1 to complain I work production and I work steady with heavy lifting up to 12 hrs a day. I m not sure why I feel so crummy but never had another injury. I m 47 yo female so maybe 6 months to heal is normal

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for five days take Neurobion forte 1 tablet daily for 5 days. Apply Diclofenac spray at pain site 2-3 times in a day, apply hot water bag on affected site. Don't smoke and eat healthy food. You can massage the affected part properly.
