What Does Burning Sensation On The Tip Of The Penis Indicate?

sir since four month I have problems related of my penis three months ago I have burning session tip of my penis and smegma I check up urologist he advise me urin culture report normal urin report and sonography but everything was normal so he give me medicine everything fine then I start my gym suddenly one day I lift up 100kg Waight and next day whenever I bend I feel jerks on top of my penis and I have one habit of master Bates too so now even I walk or sit I have pain in my penis I didn’t understand what to do

you have ahabit of masturbation and this factor may lead to inflammation of your penis especially if you get severe aroused with no relief many times or if you severely masturbate..other cause may be due to viral infection of your penis as if you have sexual contact with infected girl will be infected to..try to decrease your masterbation and drinking alot of fluids and try to see your urine if there is discharge or not and you can take ibubrufen and amoxicillin that will help alot if there is bacterial infection..also avoid heavy weight lifting as the muscular spasm affect your penis
