What Does Burning Sensation Under The Right Collarbone Indicate?

Hi for the past few days I ve had a small burning type pain under my right collarbone above my breast. I have done a lot of activities like mopping ,etc. could it be a muscle strain in my chest ? I also get fluttering in chest if I drink to much coffee.

it can be sprain or injury collarbone. can be examined sling arm can be given for rest to the part, can take x-ray of color bone to exclude fracture or hair line fracture not related to drinking coffee.
