Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For the past 6 months or so my fingers get broken blood vessels ridiculously easily. The slightest trauma, like picking up a grocery bag, will do this. I have not changed or started any medications since this started. I do not take aspirin regularly. I occasionally take naproxen but only about once a week or less.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bursting blood vessels in fingers . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like achenbach syndrome , intense burning pain, swelling, inflammation , raynaud's disease and bruising , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to blood thinner medicine like aspirin . I would suggest you to consult your cardiologist without any delay and discuss the condition with him . Doctor may alter the dose of medicine or stop it for few days according to your condition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
