I had an mri due to more loss of hearing on the right ear then the left ear. Results were no tumor but it was stated:cerebral atrophy. Moderate severity supratentrial white matter disease most likely from chronic small vessel ischemia. Additional limited involvement central pontine brainstorm. No cortical infarction or acute ischemia. I m 65 and female not diabetic. What does this mean?
