Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, please tell me about which condition you are taking carvedilol. As it is a beta blocker and mostly used for the heart condition, a probability of chest pain is because of heart disease.

So, please consult physician or cardiologist and go through proper examination and investigations to find out what is causing these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
