Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Just woke up to go to bathroom and before getting back in bed I started having upper left sided chest pain. Radiates thrutoleftshoulder blade up to left ear and sometimes to shoulder. No history cardiac . Took 1 dexilant anf 3 81mg asa. Hurts to move left arm some. Headache. Very uncomfortable.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your chest pain.
As per your history and symptoms it seems to me that you have some sort of postural issue during sleep because the painful arm and morning pain.
You can take anti inflammatory non steroidal medication like Ibuprofen if you feel annoying pain.
Because of the pain started in chest and radiation to arm shoulder and neck can also be signs of cardiovascular disease for that you need to visit a general physician or cardiologist for proper diagnosis.
Hope my answer will help you and you can visit us again if you have any further questions.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
