Hello,

I have gone through your query. It is better to do an EGG and stress test to rule out cardiac problems.

If that is clear and you have pain on palpation on rib area, then it can be Costochondritis. In such cases applying NSAID gels like Diclofenac or Ketoprofen for local application will be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad BN
