What Does Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath With Sharp Pain In Calf Suggest?

Hi, recently I had a painful pain that was coming out of my chest. It would only last no more then 10 sec. but it would always be painful and only happen about once a day. I also recently have been short of breath after walking up the same set of stairs I have been for 2 months without problems before. In association with that the other morning (at 5 am) I woke up with sharp pain coming from my calf. The major pain is gone now but there is still a little pain there and it has been about 3 days now. All of these things have happened within the past 2 weeks and within the last two weeks I have not done anything out of the ordinary. Can you help?
