What Does Chest X-ray Findings Suggest?

my chest x ray findings: there is haziness noted in the right upper lung. the pulmonary vascular markings are normal. trachea is in the midline. superior mediastinum is not widened. heart is not enlarged. there is tenting of the left hemidiaphragm. the bony thorax is unremarkable. Impression: Consider inflammatory process likely koch's infection, right upper lung. Pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion left...

The x-ray is suggestive of Tubercular lesion but not very much sure your clinical condition need to be correlated with the x ray findings and other parameters also to be taken into consideration before coming to final diagnosis, hope this information helps you, take care bye.
