Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your laboratory report gives information about following parameters:
1. Low neutrophils and high lymphocytes: This suggests a chronic inflammation. In chronic inflammation, there is increase in lymphocytes and fall in neutrophils.
2. MCH: Low MCH is an investigation which measures mean hemoglobin in red blood cells. A low MCH suggests low hemoglobin however, this investigations has to be reviewed along with MCV and MCHC.
3. Low serum chloride suggests an electrolyte derangement.
4. Low anti-nuclear antibodies: Anti-nuclear antibodies are raised in connective tissue disorders eg systemic lupus erythematosus.
However, a negative value rules out this possibility.

Thanks and take care
