What Does Choking Cough Refer To? Why Does C-spine Area Have Issues?
Had a choking cough last night and felt INTENSE electrical shock in chest and arms...scared me. Today had it again tho no where near intense as last night. Any ideas? Have had something in chest that has decided to break so have been coughing flem - but last night wasn t like that. O and I do have issues in my C- spine area.
Hello, Thank you for the query and welcome to HCM. U mentioned that you have been having flem, so probably you must be having some chest infection which might be recovering. So probably what you exprecienced was because of dry throat and the upper airway. You could try taking some steam inhalations atleast two to three times a day. If it is a dry cough then it should settle with this. If it doesn't and you are still having such spells, then I suggest you go for a chest xray and then follow up with us. What issues do you have with your c spine?
