Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggests fibrolinear densities in left upper lung.It may be sequel of past infection or low grade infection.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
It is important to rule out infective etiology.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas.
Other findings like trachea, heart, pulmonary vessels, diaphragm are normal.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
