What Does Chronic Sinusitis With Tender Swollen Nodes On Back Of Neck Indicate ?
Hi,
I've had a chronic sinusitis for the past month, but just noticed today I have 3 tender swollen nodes on the back of my neck at the base of my skull. What would his indicate? I've been treated with antibiotics, steroids, topical steroids, etc and am still no better. The sinus headaches are pretty much constant too.

u can do CT paranasal sinuses to know the extent of disease ,i have to do FNAC of that nodes .It mainly beacause of chronic sinusitis. U have to undergo FESS
