ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, sneezing is because of nasal allergy. It is treated with oral antihistamines+steroids nasal spray.
Allergic patients are prone to develop sinus infection or polyp leading chronic ear block and on and off headache.
Nose bleeding can be because of allergy, infection, polyp, cyst, deviated septum, high BP etc and many more reasons.
In your case, its might be because of allergy or infection.
This needs medical evaluation. Empirically you can take decongestant tablet, nasal drops for nose bleeds.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
