What Does Clear Fluid Discharge From The Ears And Headaches Indicate?

Yes Doctor, I am a 56 year old male and I consistently have clear fluid coming from my right ear. It primarily comes out when I lay down at night; however it does come out during the day as well. I also have extremely bad headaches over the last few weeks where I constantly have to take Tylenol or Advil. Any insights?
