General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have uric acid levels done and if needed Xrays of the affected foot and ankle needs to be done. Calcium and phosphorus levels may also be needed.

Orthopedician review can be helpful. Supplements for calcium D3 B12 and folic acid may be started and show good results alongside OTC anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
