What Does Clot In Nerves Shown In CT Scan Imply?

hi...My mother had a problem recently, she had a slurry speech, the problem got resolved in 24 hours. There was a CT scan done.It seems there is a clot somewhere in one of the nerves. I am sure if I am talking about TIA exactly. But what to do next.

2.The possible cause in this case could be vascular occlusion in the cerebral vessels.
3.In this case reconstruction images will give the possible vessels caused occlusion.
4.A transient ischemic attack (TIA) is a transient episode of neurologic dysfunction caused by ischemia (loss of blood flow).
5.Needs immediate treatment and find out the cause for the occlusion and clot formation.
6.Thrombolytic treatment and treat underlying medical condition will help. Good luck.
