What Does Cloudy Spinal Cord In An MRI Report Suggest?

is there a name for cloudy spinal cord in an mri result? My Son has been declining rapidly for the last 2 years and now is paralyzed on the right side, has no sense of balance and has lost considerable weight. But the doctors never diagnosed his condition.
