What Does Cloudy Urination Along With Indigestion And Cough Indicate?

Yes, I ve done the symptom checker and don t find any results that match what I m experiencing. I have cloudy urine, full ness in upper abdomen and chest, feels like something is caught in my throat and upper chest indigestion and frequent belching itchy throat lots of coughing and hoarse voice also constipation sores inside nose and is very dry loss of appetite and a sore which I believe might have been a boil or something or skin got infected from me picking at it and the skin on the sore is extremely dry and flaked. I have hepatitis c and wondering if its possibly something to do that? in june I was told my liver levels weren t very high. I m 25 female and this has been going on for three days

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms that you are explaining are classic for GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease) in which there is excessive production of acid in stomach and due to weakened lower esophageal sphincter the acid reflux back to the esophagus causing bloating abdominal pain chest discomfort , bad breath in the morning, nocturnal cough.and it is fairly common in hepatitis C patients. I would recommend you to avoid taking spicy and oily foods and avoid lying down soon after taking food. More over I would like to recommend you capsule omeprazole 20mg once a day 30 min before breakfast and antacid syrup 2 table spoons 30 minutes before lunch and dinner.
