What Does Cluster Of White Bumps On Lips Post Having Unprotected Sex Suggest?

Hi, For about two weeks now I vehad these white/skin colored bumps on my lips. It started as a small cluster of them and they could only be seen when I spread my lip out. Now, all over my lips feel dry and when i rub them together I can feel small granules like sand on my lips. You can barely see them in the mirror but I can if I really look. I saw some pictures of fordyce bumps and they do resemble them, but I m pretty nervous because I had unprotected sex with someone new. It was over 50 days ago now. What do you think this is? I ve been to my GYNO and she didn t think it was herpes, but she also couldn t see them at all. She also didnt see anything on my vagina. she said it mos likely would ve blistered by now because they are just small bumps. Thank you
