Hi Thanks for your query. Based on your query and histopathology report, am of the following opinion. 1. Compound nevus is a benign lesion of melanocytes which appears on skin as pigmented flat or raised lesion. 2. This lesion is harmless. 3. There is no need to worry except for cosmetic concern.
