General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be colitis or diverticulitis like infective condition.

For your condition, antibiotic course like Ciprofloxacin plus Metronidazole like combination drug can be prescribed. Rabeprazole drug like antacid can also be prescribed.

Avoid excess spicy foods, dietary fiber taken more, drink more water, take fruit juice more. USG abdomen scan is advisable and consult physician for examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
