What Does Constant Pain In The Knees, Buttocks And Ankles Indicate?

I have a rod replacing my femur bone in my right leg from a bad car accident in 2016. I am very physically active and I have not been lately. I have been having constant pain in my knee,buttocks sometimes in my ankles Causeing me not to be able to stand or walk at all. I am in so much pain no just want to sleep all the time.When I bend my leg or am sitting or laying in certain positions . it feels like the road pussing up against something in my buttocks. These problems have only been getting worse. I take I.B profin 800mg and once a day women’s vitamin.i don’t know what to do anymore . Please help . Thank you

It would be best to be assessed by your doctor. You would need imaging of the pelvis and thighs to assess if there are any changes to the rod or any other aspect of the bone that would the pain that you are experiencing.
