What Does Constant Pain In The Right Arm Indicate?
My right arm has been bothering me for almost a week and has been getting worse. At first I thought it was from overdoing arm exercises with too heavy of weights and I lifted 12 bags of 40lb compost, and the area seemed just very sore, but for the last several days it feels like nerve pain sort of and I have pain in my elbow, shoulder, tricep area, armpit, even stretching into my right side of upper chest and even down to my little finger. Ibuprofen doesnt seem to improve the rather constant pain. I can move my arm in all directions. Any thoughts as to what is going on??thank you
