Hello,

If there is brachial plexus injury, then sometimes the location of pain is as described by you. You need to check your posture while sitting or during sleep which might have caused you this kind of problems.

If you have pain, then you can take painkillers like Paracetamol, Diclofenac, Tramadol, Pethidine, Morphine, and etcetera. All this will help you relieve pain temporarily.

If there is any other problem or injury continued then numbness increases that time you have to get an examination of the arm done. Nothing to worry much, now just take some painkillers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
