Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly get an ultrasound report. Because I doubt your gallbladder and kidneys. If you have any stone then these are the typical symptoms. Maybe few stones are not visible to ultrasound since it has limitations.

If symptoms are really very annoying then I would recommend you to get a CT scan done. For now, you try drinking lot-lot of water 1-2 litres per day. Eat well and eat a lot of fruits in your diet. Exercise regularly. Painkillers I wouldn't recommend.

Hope this information helps you sort out your problems. If you feel it’s helpful then kindly give me a user thank vote. Happy Health!

Dr.Archana
