What Does Constipation And Diarrhea Along With Back Ache Indicate?
Hello. I am having issues with my bowels and rectum. I do have MS and I either get constipated or have diarrhea. Lately my stools have been really small in length and thin. I have blood on toilet paper when I wipe. Sometimes my abdomin feels bloated and my back hurts near kidneys

The pain in your back seems to be due to abdominal bloating/ gases following your digestive problem.( unless you have some urinary symptoms- which indicate urine analysis too )
Alternating diarrhea & constipation suggests chronic bowel infection/ infestation ( specially amoebic)...where cahnged personal hygiene & Metranidazol help.
You need to get your stool examined to confirm the cause. & get cause specific treatment. Along with it you should drink boiled water & look after personal hygiene to avoid reinfection- as looking at your MS straining for motion is not desired.
