What Does Coughing Up Of Clear Milky Substance Indicate?

Hello, i have been coughing up first it started just small little clear or milky like in color but for bout 2 years now it started turning brownish , now i constanly every day, all through the day, i cough up these balls, and sometimes they are bigger in lenght, sometimes it is hard for me to breath ,,like i need to take a deep breath and cant,like weight holding my lower lungs or in my lower lungs and i have noticed i belch (burp), all the time and then it feels like i need to belch and i push and just cant belch,, and yes i am a smoker for 22 years . I just turned 40, female,

1)Do a full blood count with differential
2)Do Chest X-ray with Sputum examination
3)Stop smoking
