What Does Creatine Level Of 2.4 In An Elderly Person Indicate?

I am 75 years old and have several medical issues. Most serious is CHF with only 35% use of my heart. Diabetes with insulin is under control but my creatine level is 2.4. Seems the doctors have given up on me Any suggestion to reduce sweating? YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
As a first line management you can opt for diuretics and drugs like sodium bicarbonate.
If the serotonin level rises up you might require dialysis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
