What Does Creatinine 5.4, Urea 71 And Haeoglobin 7.2 Suggest?

my creatinine is 5.4,urea 71,diabetes under contol no medications prescebed only diet control advised ,using cinod 5 for hypertension.given nefrosave with other drugs like erythropoeitin injection toincrease my haemoglobin from 7.2 wil mt creatinine reduce ? wat is my prognosis

In my opinion creatinine 5.4, urea 71 and hemoglobin levels of 7.2 are the things to worry about. Its a sign of renal failure. You should consult a nephrologist as soon as possible. Prognosis depends on many factors like the degree of involvement, age and cause of failure. In majority of the cases the renal functions tend to improve with certain medication and life style and diet modification. you should not wait long before visiting a doctor .
