What Does Dark A Soft Bean Shape On Buttocks Indicate?

Hello, i have a dark soft bean on my left bottom, i used to feel a bit of pain when i touched it before, it has been there for years, but now its growing . what is it ? might it be cancer ? If i touch it when i seat it hurts. its just like a bean and i can feel its round shape when i touch it. its not too strong ! What should i do ?

Hello.When a lesion on the skin of years of evolution increases sharply in size,it is necessary that the lesion be seen by a dermatologist. Go to a dermatologist for inspection of the lesion.I wish you good health.
