What Does Dark Spot On The Heart In Electrocardiogram Mean?

Yesterday my wife had an electrocardiogram because of a suspected old heart attack . I was able to tag along during the procedure and noticed some dark spot on the heart. The technician took a snap shot of the image and then measured the size of the dark spots. What is this an indication of?

no such dark spot can be seen in ECG.it is neither you nor technician can take the reading. it should be shown to cardiologist.it should not be because of suspected old heart attack. it should be taken onavise of doctor or cardiologist on clinical finding.
